I have been working as an independent consultant since 2005 (more recently together with my brother Grant McNulty - see McN2 below), managing digital and media projects for local government, academic institutions and other organisations.
What is McN2?
McN2 is a digital consultancy, consisting of two of the McNulty brothers, with a focus on Web 2.0 and open-source software in an African context. It specialises in digital cultural projects, including community, heritage and archival initiatives as well as digitisation of content.
We offer strategic development of cultural projects that incorporate digital elements and Web 2.0 technologies. This includes consultation on the various stages of conceptualisation, implementation and maintenance of the project as well as media and resource development.
Our services would be of use to cultural tourism initiatives, cultural and heritage programmes, community projects, archival holdings, databases and material collections, as well as those who wish to digitise textual, audio and visual materials.
