Innovation Camp, Learning Pioneers
I designed and delivered an AI in education workshop for UNICEF’s Learning Pioneers Programme: ministry leaders from 14 countries. The work was practical use in resource-constrained systems, local context, and keeping educators in the loop.

AI readiness with school leaders in Ghana
Keynote and AI-readiness workshops at Cambridge’s first Sub-Saharan Schools Day. Twenty-four schools completed the AI Readiness Framework (28 responses). The pattern: infrastructure ahead of policy and governance.
