A 45 to 60 minute keynote introducing the AI Readiness Framework, including a live demonstration of the assessment tool. Designed for conferences, school-group leadership retreats and association events.

I was a panellist on the first of three national webinars in Human Studios’ Lefa AI series, on AI, learning and safety in South African basic education. My contribution was practical examples of when AI helps learning, and what has to be true for that to happen.

Innovation Camp, Learning Pioneers
I designed and delivered an AI in education workshop for UNICEF’s Learning Pioneers Programme: ministry leaders from 14 countries. The work was practical use in resource-constrained systems, local context, and keeping educators in the loop.

Keynote and AI-readiness workshops at Cambridge’s first Sub-Saharan Schools Day. Twenty-four schools completed the AI Readiness Framework (28 responses). The pattern: infrastructure ahead of policy and governance.
