Chapter in Knowledge Management for Development: Domains, Strategies and Technologies for Developing Countries. It documents the eThekwini Municipality’s Ulwazi Programme as a participatory, community-focused archive of local knowledge.
Beyond the Guidebook
Chapter, with Professor Lindy Stiebel, in Heritage Reimagined. It extends the KZN literary-tourism work from practice into a heritage-studies argument about place, narrative and contested public memory.
AI in resource-constrained education environments
